1. General Introduction & Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user of the hai77 platform ("you" or "Member") and hai77 ("we" or "Platform").
Acceptance
By creating an account or using the services on the hai77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.
Key Definitions
The following terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
- Platform: The hai77 website and all associated services.
- Member: A person who holds a registered account on the Platform.
- Account: The Member's personal profile and wallet.
- Bonus: Promotional funds or benefits provided by the Platform.
- Wagering: The amount of bets required to make a bonus withdrawable.
- Deposit: Funds added to the account by the Member.
- Withdrawal: Transfer of funds from the account to a specified payment method.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use the services on hai77. The platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. An account may remain restricted until age verification is completed. Providing false information about your age may result in account termination and forfeiture of all deposits.
Single Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and deposited funds forfeited.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be completely accurate, truthful, and up to date. False or misleading name, date of birth, or payment information may cause issues with account verification and result in withdrawal rejections. hai77 may request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification when necessary.
3. Account Security & Responsibility
Password & Confidentiality
Keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share this information with any third party. Report any unauthorised use of your account to [email protected] immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
Third-Party Use
Operating an account on behalf of another person or in exchange for payment is strictly prohibited. If funds are deposited into your account from a third-party payment method, the transaction may be considered void.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Supported Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals on hai77 are currently available through the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS):
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile payment service.
- Nagad — The digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
- Rocket — The mobile banking solution of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- Upay — UCB's mobile wallet service.
Limits & Processing Times
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Each withdrawal request is generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, delays may occasionally occur due to verification processes or technical reasons.
Withdrawal Terms
Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that:
- Your identity verification has been completed.
- The wagering requirement for any applicable bonus has been met.
- The withdrawal is being made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- The withdrawal amount is not less than the minimum of ৳500.
hai77 reserves the right to conduct verification procedures in accordance with its anti-money laundering policy when deemed necessary.
Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not applicable.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members at hai77 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. On the other hand, depositing ৳14,000 or more caps the bonus at ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.
Wagering Requirement
The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it becomes withdrawable. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, a ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Rules
- Each member may claim a bonus offer only once.
- A bonus that is not used before its expiry date may be cancelled.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Promotional terms are published separately and supplement these general terms.
- hai77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
Bet Validity
All bets are considered final only after confirmation by the system. hai77 reserves the right to void the relevant round if abnormal results are displayed due to a software error or technical issue. Abnormal winnings resulting from a programming error are not obligatory to pay out.
Sports Betting
The sports betting section allows bets to be placed on various sporting events. Officially recognised results are used to determine market outcomes. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or does not take place, the relevant bet will be voided and the original stake returned.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of earning bonuses.
- Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Engaging in fraudulent conduct towards other members of the platform.
- Threatening or harassing platform staff.
Account Suspension & Termination
If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, hai77 may suspend or terminate the account without prior notice and forfeit all bonuses and any winnings obtained through such conduct. Whether regular deposits (if any) are returned will be determined based on the outcome of the investigation.
8. Intellectual Property
Copyright & Trademark
All content published on the hai77 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is owned by or licensed to hai77. Reusing, modifying, distributing, or using such content for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
hai77 makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service on the platform; however, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. hai77 is not liable for any financial loss resulting from such interruptions.
Betting Outcomes
Gaming and betting activities carry the risk of financial loss. hai77 does not guarantee any winnings. Members place bets at their own risk, and the platform is in no way responsible for any funds lost.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Data Collection & Use
The collection, storage, and use of members' personal information is governed by hai77's Privacy Policy. By registering under these terms, you also agree to the conditions of the Privacy Policy.
